Approval of minutes May 4, 2010. <br />Recommended Action: Approve minutes. <br />4. Minute action authorizing destruction of records in accordance with records <br />retention schedules (Larry J. Todd, 428-7366). <br />Fundinq Source None. <br />Recommended Action: Approve destruction of records by minute action. <br />5. Resolution 2010-109 authorizing the purchase of telephone system equipment <br />from Altura Communications Solutions, LLC (Steven C. Garrison, 428-7582). <br />Fundinq Source: The proposed purchase is budgeted in the Telephone <br />Replacement Fund, and is paid through annual internal service charges to the <br />user departments. The cost will not exceed $200,000. <br />Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. <br />6. Resolution 2010-110 repealing City Council Resolutions 71-157, 2001-49 and <br />2003-144 and approving a Consultant Services Agreement by and between the <br />City of Fairfield and the Fairfield Main Street Association for services related to <br />the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area; and <br />Redevelopment Agency Resolution RA2010-07 approving two Consultant <br />Services Agreements by and between the Fairfield Redevelopment Agency and <br />the FairField Main Street Association to fund the Executive Director and Event <br />Planner/Executive Assistant positions and to execute downtown promotional <br />events and streetscape enhancements (Lorraine Fernandez, 428-7727). <br />Fundinq Source: The contract price under the proposed Consultant Services <br />Agreement between the City and Fairfield Main Street Association will be equal <br />to the amount of Parking and Business Improvement Association funds collected <br />by the City from downtown businesses, estimated to be $30,000 for 2010. <br />
