Price Mayor George Pettygrove PRESENTATION Presentation of Proclamation declaring May 15, 1999 "A Woman's Health Day" in the City of Fairfield. PROCESS FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS Speakers may address items on this agenda at the time each item is considered. At the end of this agenda under Public Comments, the public may speak on items not on the agenda but within the jurisdiction of the City Council and/or the RedevelopmentAgency, provided that NO action may be taken on off-agenda items except as authorized by law. To speak on an agenda item, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the City Clerk before the meeting, or at the latest, prior to the time for public comments on that item. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to four minutes, with one minute to summarize their remarks. NEW BUSINESS (Item 2) 2. Resolution 99-99 awarding a contract to Golden Gate Truck and Tractor Co. for the weed abatement contract for 1999-2000 (Ron Tougas, 428-7375). Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. PUBLIC COMMENTS The public may at this time address the members of the City Council on any matters within the jurisdiction of the Council provided that no action may be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by law.
