Presentation of Proclamations declaring: <br /> <br />A) <br /> <br />May 17-23, 1999 "Emergency Medical <br />Services Week" in the City of Fairfield. <br /> <br />B) <br /> <br />June 1999 "Eider Abuse Awareness <br />Month" in the City of Fairfield. <br /> <br />Presentation on function of Grand Jury by <br />Grand Juror Kirk Hundven. <br /> <br />PROCESS FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Speakers may address items on this agenda at the time each item is considered. <br />At the end of this agenda under Public Comments, the public may speak on items <br />not on the agenda but within the jurisdiction of the City Council and/or the <br />RedevelopmentAgency, provided that NO action may be taken on off-agenda items <br />except as authorized by law. To speak on an agenda item, please complete a <br />speaker's card and give it to the City Clerk before the meeting, or at the latest, prior <br />to the time for public comments on that item. Speakers are requested to limit their <br />comments to four minutes, with one minute to summarize their remarks. <br /> <br /> <br />
