CITY OF FAIRFIELD AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIFLD AHENDING CHAPTER ARTICLE I OF THE FAIRFIELD CITY CODE, ALSO KNOWN AS THE ZONTNG ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: Findings The City Council hereby finds: The proposed development to be in conformity with the Fairfield Qeneral Plan based upon analysis contained in the staff report prepared for the Planning Commission. The design of the proposed development produces an environment of stable and desirable character consistent with all applicable goals, objectives, policies, proposals, criteria, standards and procedures of the General Rlan as outlined in staff reports to the Planning Commission. The proposed development exhibits creativity and innovation in architectural, engineering, planning and environmental design. No use is found to be objectionable or to be injurious to property located in the vicinity by reason of odor, fumes, dust, smoke, cinders, glare, unsightliness, traffic congestion or to involve any hazard of fire or explosion. SECTION II: Chapter 25, Article I of the Fairfield City Code, also known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfield, is hereby amended by rezoning to the Rlanned Development (RD) Zone District, all that real property situate in the incorporated territory of the City of Fairfield, as shown on Sectional Zoning Hap 88-18 attached hereto. SECTION III : The rezoning of the property described in Section II above is hereby granted in accordance with Section 21 of Chapter 25, Article I of the Fairfield City Code and is subject to compliance with the following conditions: ITEH C (Rev.4/12/89 III.E.&Pg.2 of Res.)
