CITY OF FAIRFIELD <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD AMENDING CHAPTER <br />ARTICLE I OF THE FAIRFIELD CITY CODE, ALSO KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I: Findings <br /> <br />The City Council hereby finds: <br /> <br />The proposed development is in eonformity with the <br />Fairfield General Plan based upon analysis contained <br />in the staff report prepared for the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />The design of the proposed development produces an <br />environment of stable and desirable character consis- <br />tent with all applicable goals, objectives, policies, <br />proposals, criteria, standards and procedures of the <br />Fairfield General Plan as outlined in staff reports to <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The proposed development <br />vation in architectural, <br />environmental design. <br /> <br />exhibits creativity and inno- <br />engineering, planning and <br /> <br />No use is found to be objectionable or to be injurious <br />to property located in the vicinity by reason of odor, <br />fumes, dust, smoke, cinders, glare, unsightliness, <br />traffic congestion, or to involve any hazard of fire <br />or explosion. <br /> <br /> SECTION II: Chapter 25, Article I of the Fairfield City <br />Code, also known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Fairfield, is hereby amended by rezoning to the Planned <br />Development (P.D.) zone district all that real property situate <br />in the City of Fairfield, County of Solano, State of California <br />as shown in Sectional Zoning Nap 84-3 attached hereto. <br /> <br /> SECTION III: The rezoning of the property described in <br />Section II above is hereby granted in accordance with Section <br />21 of Chapter 25, Article I of the Fairfield City Code and is <br />subject to compliance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />File No.: Z.C. 84-3 1554E <br /> <br /> <br />
