.& <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD AMENDING CHAPTER 25, <br />ARTICLE I OF THE FAIRFIELD CITY CODE, ALSO KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD DOES ORDIAN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION I: Chapter 25, Article I of the Fairfield City <br />Code, also known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Fairfield is hereby amended by rezoning from the Temporarily <br />Unclassified (T) to the Multiple Residence (RM-2) Zone District <br />all that real property in the City of Fairfield, County of <br />Solano, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL ONE: (1) as shown on that certain Parcel Map <br />entitled: "Portion of that certain 384.40 acre parcel of <br />land lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line of that <br />certain 5.599 acre parcel of land described in Book 476, <br />page 358, of Official Records. Said parcel map filed for <br />record in the office of the recorder of Solano Coiunty, <br />California on May 17, 1974, in Book 8 of Maps, Page 43. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of land granted in the <br />deed to the City of Fair. field, recorded February 7, 1978 <br />Book 1978, page 9060, Series No. 5531, Official Records. <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />SECTION II: Said rezoning of property described in Section <br /> <br />I of this ordinance is hereby granted in accord with Section 35 <br /> <br />of Chapter 25, Article I of the Fairfield City Code and subject <br /> <br />to compliance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />Development shall be in accord with the provisions of <br />the RM-2, Multiple Residence Zone District except as <br />may be modified by this Ordinance. <br /> <br />2. Dedicate a 10 foot Public Utility Easement as required <br /> by P.G.&E. <br /> <br />3.
