The draft Peabody-Walters Master Plan is a comprehensive plan for the · <br />development of a mixture of residential, commercial, industrial, schools, parks and other uses and <br />associated infrastructure, such as sewer, storm drainage, etc., in the Master Plan area. The General <br />Plan Amendment changes General Plan Land Use Diagram designations within the Master Plan <br />area and eliminates replaces certain General Plan policies (P.C. recommends approval). <br /> <br /> <br />
