Presentation of commendation to Fairfield High band students Anna Kahler, Ben Bolin <br />and EJ~ine Icban for being selected to perform in the National Honor Band in Washington, <br />D.C. on May 13, 1995. <br /> <br />3. Performance by cast members of Community Services Department's Junior Stage <br />Company's production of Bye Bye Birdie, to be held at the Fairfield Center for Creative <br />Arts June 2-17. <br /> <br />4. Presentation by Advocates for the Arts (AFrA) to recognize and honor AFTA's <br />benefactors, and to discuss upcoming fundraiser. <br /> <br />5. Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: <br /> a) May 16, 1995 minutes. <br /> b) 2nd reading and adopt Ord. 95-7 rezoning of a .4 acre portion of the site located <br />at the northeast corner of Hilborn and Martin Roads from Planned Development (P.D. 86- <br />21-Multi-Family Residential) to Planned Development (P.D. 89-2-Highway/Commercial) <br />Zone District. <br /> c) 2nd reading and adopt urgency Ord. 95-10 mending water rates and procedures. <br /> d) 2nd reading and adopt Ord. 95-11 amending the City Code to add an article <br />related to payment for police costs for return responses to public disturbance calls. <br /> e) Res. 95-97 author/zing funding for 1995/96 household hazardous waste collection <br />program, approving a memorandum of understanding with local agencies, and authorizing <br />the program contract. <br /> f) Res. 95-98 approving agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric Company for <br />purchase and transportation of natural gas. <br /> g) Res. 95-99 approving annual contributions for 1995/96 and 1996/97 to Tri-City <br />and County Cooperative Planning Group. <br /> h) Res. 95-100 authorizing agreement with Youth & Faintly Services, Inc., with the <br />Fairfield Police Department Youth Services Bureau to provide counseling, class instruction, <br />referrals, diversion interviews and evaluation of clients. <br />i) Res. 95-101 approving the purchase of golf carts for Rancho Solano Golf Course. <br />j) Res. 95-102 revising garbage rates (resulting in $0.45/month reduction after <br />adjustments for incorrect CPI application and state/local mandated fees compared to <br />adjustments not being made). <br /> <br /> <br />
