Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: <br /> a) May 2, 1995 minutes. <br /> b) 2nd reading and adopt Ord. 95-8 & Ord. 95-9 approving zoning ordinance <br />amendment adding mini-warehouses to the list of conditionally permitted uses in multi- <br />family districts under certain specific conditions; and rezoning from the Multi-Family <br />Residential (P.D. 90-24) to the Multi-Family Residential and Mini-Warehouse (P.D. 95-2) <br />on property located on the south side of East Travis Blvd. west of Sunset Avenue (837 E. <br />Travis Blvd.)(APN 0037-153-020) - Mike Harris (P.C. recommends approval). <br /> c) Res. 95-91 granting three years additional PERS service credit to certain positions <br />to encourage attrition and achieve cost savings. <br /> d) Res. 95-92 approving membership list for re-establishment of the local task force <br />for integrated waste management. <br /> e) Res. 95-93 abandoning public utilities easement at Suisun Valley Road on <br />WestAmerica Bank site. <br /> f) Res. 95-94 approving increase to Kleinfelder consultant services agreement for <br />North Texas Benefit District. <br /> <br />4. Adopt Res. 95-66 on appeal of Planning Commission decision denying mitigated <br />negative declaration; Ord. 95-7 rezoning of a .4 acre portion of the site from Planned <br />Development (P.D. 86-21) to Planned Development (P.D. 89-2) Zone District; development <br />review; variance to reduce the required site parking from 907 spaces to 724 spaces and to <br />allow an increase in the use of compact spaces from 25-35% of the total site parking; and <br />P.U.D. permit to allow an approximately 85,000 sq. ft. theater complex and retail shopping <br />center on approx. 10.14 acres located at the northeast comer of Hilborn & Martin Roads <br />(2500 Hilborn Rd., APN 156-130-160, 170) - Cold Springs Investments. <br /> <br />5. Adopt Res. 95-95 approving the lease agreement with ProShot Golf for the installation <br />of the ProShot System at Rancho Solano and Paradise Valley Golf Courses and amending <br />Res. 94-257 regarding 1995 golf course fees. <br /> <br /> <br />
