Texas Street and Cadenasso Drive (APN 28-980-01, 28-920-02) -Reeves <br />Associates Architects (P.C. recommends approval). <br /> d) Res. 95-14 accepting $284,632 grant from California Office of Traffic Safety for <br />pedestrian and bicycle safety program <br /> e) Res. 95-15 in support of an application for the United States Department of <br />Justice in $150,000 in COPS ~ grant funds. <br /> f) Res. 95-16 estabE~hlng City sponsorship of Chuck Hammond's Youth <br />Basketball Tournament on April 12-14, 1995, at the Fairfield Sports Center. <br /> g) Res. 95-17 awarding curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement (Georgia, Arizona, <br />Garfield, and Grant Streets - CDBG 94-2) project to Valley Diaz Construction and Grading. <br /> h) Res. 95-18 approving subdivision improvement agreement for Vistara at <br />Rancho Solano (formerly Las V~as de Rancho Solano - Area "A") - Pacwest Development. <br /> i) Res. 95-19 appro~Sng freeway maintenance agreement with Caltrans for Gold <br />Hill Road overcrossing at 1-680. <br /> j) Continue to February 21, 1995 public hearing on appeal of Planning <br />Commission decision approving Tentative Subdivision Map and Community Design Plan <br />(Fieldcrest) to divide a 165-acre property into 394 single-family lets on property located west <br />Of Cordelia Villages, south of Red Top Road (APN 180-090-030, 180-020-040, 180-070-030, <br />180-080-090~t - A.D. Seeno Construction Company. <br /> <br />3. Mayor's presentation commending Axne Digerud for his outstanding service and <br />charitable contributions to the Fairfield eOmm~j~ty. <br /> <br />4.
