Consent Calendar: Waive fuFther reading, approve and/or adopt: <br /> · a) May 14, 1996 minutes. <br /> b)Res. 96-73 adopting the League of California Cities Telecommunications Policy and Res~ 96- <br />74 opposing SB 1896, a bill limiting the compensation a city may receive for placement of <br />telecommunications facilities in city right-of-way. <br /> c) Res. 96-75 through 96-86 granting preliminary approval of engineer's reports, declaring <br />intention m order levy and collection of assessments and providing for notice of hearings for <br />landscape maintenance. <br /> d) Res. 96-87 granting preliminary approval of supplement m engineer's report - Smith Ranch <br />(Rancho Solano) Assessment District. <br /> e) Res. 96-88 approving an agreement between the City of Fairfield and Nordaem California <br />Retired Officers Community relating m payment of water connection fees. <br /> f) Res. 96-89 authorizing renewal of agreement with Youth & Family Services, Inc., with the <br />Fairfield Police Department Youth Services Bureau to provide counseling, class instruction, <br />referrals, diversion interviews and evaluation of clients. <br /> g) Res. 96-90 mending taxi cab rotes as authorized by Section 19.2 of the Fairfield City Code. <br /> h) Res. 96-91 awarding various waterline replacements 1995/96 project to Con Pac <br />Construction. <br /> i) Res. 96-92 approving consultant services agreement - predesign of postozone residual <br />sampling improvements, North Bay Regional Water Treatment Plant. <br /> j) Res. 96-93 approving engineering services agreement with ItYA Consulting Engineers for <br />technic, al services relating to new water supply acquisition. <br /> <br /> <br />
