Housing Authority: a) Approve July 16, 1996 Housing Authority minutes. b) Adopt Res. HA 96-8 authorizing the Fairfield Housing Authority to submit application for up to $30,000 in admir&aatiYe fees to retain the Section 8 Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinator. 5. Consent Calendar. Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: a) August 6 & September 10, 1996 minutes. b) 2nd reading and adopt Ord. 96-11 approving amendment m Chapter 25 of the City Code to add a Tree Conservation Ordinance (new Article XII). c) 2nd read~g and adopt Ord. 96-12 approving rezoning from the RM-T2 (Multiple Residence Transitional) and T (Temporarily Unclassified) to the C-M (Commercial Multiple) Zone District of approximately 1.23 acres for the CMT Credit Union on property located at 1000 Union Avenue (APN 0030- 152-030, 0030-152-170). d) lVYmute action approving Mayor's appointment of Karriem Rashied as Tenant Comn-fissioner, Non- Senior Family Representative on the Fairfield Housing Authority to fill an unexpired term through June 30, 1997. e) Res. 96-190 anthorizing City ofFairfield to apply for discretionary household bamrdous waste grant. f) Res. 96-191 updatlng the files management manual record retention schedule. g) Intro. & waive further reading of Ord. 96-13 mending Chapter I 1 of the City Code relating to motor vehicles and fire lanes. h) Res. 96-192 approving street name changes from Poppy I-rtlls Court to Crystal Sprin_~ Court and Glen Abbey Circle to River Oaks Circle in the Paradise Valley North Subdivision Units 1 and 3 respectively. i) Res. 96-193 approving principles and workplan for the development and application of a joint traffic model with the City of Vacaville. j) Res. 96-194 designating Interim City Manager Gerald R:. Davis as voting delegate a~ the 1996 League of California Cities Conference with Finance Director Bob Leland as the alternate designee. k) Res. 96-195 amhorizing purchase of replacement police vehicles. 1) Res. 96-196 approving plans and specifications and anthorizing bid call for Fairfield Center for Creative Arts water proofing.
