Gale Wilson <br />Blvd., Northbay Healthcare Services. <br /> c) Res. 89-93 in support of the Bay Trail Project. <br /> d) Res. 89-94 approving agreement with R.L. Davidson, Inc. for architect- <br /> ural services for Paradise Valley Golf Course Clubhouse and related facilities. <br /> e) Res. 89-95 and 89-96, approving final maps and authorizing execution of <br /> subdivision agreement for (1) Valley Crest Estates (Nor-Pac Properties) and (2) <br /> Kincon (Kincon Development). <br /> f) Continue Public hearing to April 18 on Res. 89-84 & RA 89-9 authorizing & <br /> approving execution of Disposition & Development Agreement between Commonwealth <br /> Equity Trust & Fairfield Redevelopment Agency concerning the purchase of approxi- <br /> mately 1/4 acres of land in the Gateway area for a Chevy's Restaurant. <br /> g) Res. 89-97 awarding the contract for the Bus Maintenance Facility to Ginno <br /> and Huffman ($1,436,546.87). <br /> h) Res. 89-99 approving an amendment to the Engineering Services Agreement <br /> with Montgomery Engineers for the NBR Water Treatment Plant authorizing an <br /> increase in base contract with Kumam/Moore to include two additional filters. <br /> i) Res. 89-100 accepting Fairfield City Hall Modernization of Two Elevators <br /> and Authorizing the Filing of a Notice of Completion. <br /> j) Res. 89-101 approving a cooperative agreement with Caltrans for the south <br /> side of Interstate 80 soundwall from Airbase Parkway Interchange, 1/2 mile east. <br /> k) Res. 89-102 and 89-103, (1) approving agreements with P.G. & E. for utility <br /> construction in the downtown area and payment of the CtAC Tax and (2) granting <br /> easement to P.G. & E. for undergrounding utilities at the Fairfield Community <br /> Theater site. <br /> <br />(END OF CONSENT CALENDAR) <br /> <br /> <br />
