Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: <br /> a) February4 & 7, 1989 minutes. <br /> b) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 89-4 relating to the selection and training <br /> standards of Public Safety dispatchers and local law enforcement officers. <br /> c) Res. RA 89-4 re: exclusive to negotiate between Fairfield Redevelopment <br />Agency and O'Donnell Hopkins & Partners to develop an office building on the <br />northeast corner of Kentucky and Webster Streets {Sunsweet Pruneyard Dryers) and <br />Res. 89-39 and RA 89-5 authorizing and directing execution of Reimbursement <br />Agreement No. CC-3 for the Sunsweet Pruneyard property costs advanced by the <br />City to the City Center Redevelopment Projects. <br /> d) Res. 89-40 awarding a contract to Edward Donohoe General Contractor for <br />the Dana Drive parking lot project. <br /> e) Res. 89-41 approving the abandonment of portions of a storm drain <br />easement {Alonzo Drain). <br /> f) Res. 89-42 authorizing city paid group term life insurance benefits for <br />elected officials. <br /> g) Res. 89-43 approving an agreement with Korve Engineering for the Travis <br />Boulevard/Interstate 80 project study report. <br /> h) Res. 89-44 authorizing execution of California Commission on Aging grant <br />for the Senior Center Outreach Independence Program (~21,900). <br /> i) Res. 89-45 approving the application for grant funds from the Senior <br />Citizens Shared Housing Program of the State Department of Housing and Community <br />Development. <br /> j) Res. 89-46 authorizing application for National Endowmen~ for the Arts <br />Challenge III grant for Fairfield Community Theater Complex (~200,000). <br /> k) Res. 89-47 approving sales tax audit agreement. <br />l) Res. RA 89-6 authorizing request for statements of qualification from <br />development teams for agency property located at Pennsylvania Ave. & Highway 12. <br /> m) Continue to March 7 report of multi-family task force and introduce Ord. <br />89-6 and adopt urgency Ord. 89-7 and Res. 89-48 establish~ing design standards <br />for multi-family dwelling units. <br /> <br />{END OF CONSENT CALENDAR) <br /> <br />3.
