Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: a) November 13, 1990 minutes, ~b) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-25 requiring disclosure of tax and maintenance ~district assessments on the sale of real estate. c) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-28 & 90-29 creating Open Space Committee and changing the name of the Civic Arts & Leisure Services Commission to the Community Services Commission. d) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-30 rezoning from the R.G.{Garden Apartment) to the P.D. {Planned Development) Zone District. e) Res. 90-329 approving agreement among the City of Fairfield, Solano County and all other cities in the county for the preparation of the City of Fairfield Source Reduction and Recycling Element of Solano County Integrated Waste Management Plan. ' f) Res. 90-330 & 90-331 approving final map and subdivision agreement for '~een Valley Lakes Unit 1 (Fairfield Pacific Company) and Landscape Improvement - Ranc~t Solano Unit 8. Res. 90-332 authorizing City employees to join the Solano Athletic Club at corporate membership rates solely at the employee's cost, ~ Res. 90-333 calling for bids for roof restoration at Fire Station No. 1. ~ Res. 90-334 awarding the bid to Gillig Corp. for two transit buses {$194.774 each). j} Res. 90-335 accepting property on Air Base Parkway and Waterman Boulevard relinquished by C~J_TRANS after completion of Air Base Parkway/I-80 overcrossing. k) Res. 90-336 abandoning to Fairfield West {Dan Fivey) a portion of the storm drain easement west of Oliver Road at Travis Boulevard in return for the developer covering the drainage channel. l) Res. 90-337 accepting the chip seal 1990 project {La Malfa) and authorizing the filing of a notice of completion. m) Res. 90-338 approving salary and benefit adjustment for general and Public Safety management. n) Res. RA 90-33 approving a pasture lease between the City and Robert Dittmer for City-owned property on Green Valley Road. o) Res. 90-339 accepting a deed from Sotano Company in the Green Valley Creek area {Cordelia) for creek right-of-way drainage purposes. p) Res. 90-340 authorizing the submittal of an amendment to the Housing Assistance Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. q) Res. 90-341 approving Cultural Arts Awards grant allocations to general categories for fiscal year 1991/92. r) Res. RA 90-34 approving technical amendments to Gateway Medical Plaza industrial revenue bond financing agreements.
