Duffel Financial and Construction Co. h) Res. 90-294 abandoning 70-foot setback lines on West Texas Street. i) Res. 90-295 expressing intent to prepare jointly with County of Solano and Cities of Benicia, Dixon, Rio Vista, Suisun, Vacaville and Vallejo, solid waste 'management plans required by AB939. j) Res. 90-296 endorsing Mayor Falati for Vice-President of ABAG. (ENO OF CONSENT CALENDAR) 3. Adopt Res. 90-297 supporting local military personnel deployed in the Middle East. (The Council will conduct a brief ceremony in front of the Council Chambers). 4.
