Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: a) August 7 & 28, 1990 minutes, b) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-20 permanently imposing the fee for the construction of the Zone II reservoir in Rolling Hills Estates Units I, II, and III {Dunnell-Burton) previously imposed by Urgency Ordinance 89-29. c) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-18 implementing the merger of the City and the Redevelopment Agency PERS program pursuant to previously approved City budget. d) Res. RA 90-23 authorizing contribution to Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District of up to one-half the costs of consultant services for new school financing. e) Res. 90-238 establishing a task force to develop an Arts in Public Places Plan. f) Res. 90-256 amending and restating Res. 90-224 authorizing issuance of bonds for the Green Valley Road - Mangels Boulevard Extension Assessment District. g) Res. 90-267 reaffirming the City will continue posting agendas for public meetings as previously required by the Brown Act. h) Intro. Ord. 90-21 placing previously approved ordinances in City Code for enforcing vehicle code and City Code on Rancho Solano private streets. i} Res. 90-258 renewing and amending an agreement with Tegtmeier Associates for the Park and Ride Lot lease at N. Texas & Dickson Hill Road. j) Res. 90-259 agreeing to improvement of three intersections funded by the State Traffic System Management Program (Walters Road/Air Base Parkway, Peabody Road/Air Base Parkway & Vanden Road/Peabody Road). k) Res. 90-260 accepting improvements and authorizing the filing of notice of completion for Chip Seal 1989 Project {California Pavement Maintenance). l) Res. 90-261 & 90-262 authorizing bid call for two water distribution trucks and two transit vehicles for the fixed route transit system. m) R~s. 90-263 approving final map and subdivision improvement agreement for Las ViSTas de Rancho Solano {Area "A") AFCO Homes. · ) Res. 90-264 & 90-265 adjusting property lines along Rancho Solano Parkway at St. Am~rews Drive and AFCO Development area. o)-Res. 90-266 approving a storm drain easement (Bureau of Reclamation) for crossing Putah South Canal (Green Valley Lakes Subdivision). p) Res. 90-267 amending previously designated survey area boundaries of the Highway 12 Redevelopment Project Area to add the County Hospital site. q) Res. 90-268 amending Res. 89-91 to allow Tenant Housing Authority Commissioners to serve four full two-year terms.
