Zone District to allow a community <br />commercial shopping center on property located at the southeast corner of Green <br />Valley Road and Mangels Blvd. Duffel Financial and Construction Company. IP.C. <br />recommends approval). <br /> c) Res. 90-73 & 90-74 approving final maps and authorizing execution of <br />subdivision agreements for (l) Paradise Valley Unit II, and (2) Paradise Valley <br />Unit III - Paradise Valley Communities No. 1. <br /> d) Res. 90-76 accepting improvements for Waterman Highlands II and III <br /> (Centex Homes). <br /> e) Res. 90-76 & 90-77 authorizing bid call for: Il) one 3/4 ton truck with <br />utility bed for the Traffic Division, and (2) Maupin Lane landscaping. <br />f) Res. 90-78 rejecting bids for Fire Station No. 1 shop expansion. <br />g) Res. 90-79, 90-80 & 90-81 awarding bids for Solano Mall driveway <br />relocation on Pennsylvania Avenue, (2) one 3/4 ton truck with crane for the North <br />Bay Regional Water Treatment Plant (Green Valley Ford), and (3) one maintenance <br />service truck for the Transportation Division. <br /> h) Minute action approving $1,000 donation to the Women's Division of the <br />Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce to assist in the financing of the July 4th <br />parade. <br /> i) Res. 90-82 approving consultant services agreement with Wolf-Corey <br />Associates ($30,000). <br /> j) Res. 90-83 supporting "Public Safety Dispatcher Week" in appreciation for <br /> the professional level of service provided to our community. <br /> k) Minute action acknowledging 1989 Water Quality Report. <br /> 1) Continue to April 17, 1990, public hearing on Res. 90-84 re: negative <br /> declaration for the North Cordelia Improvement District. <br /> m) Continue to April 17, 1990, public hearing on Res. 90-47 and RA 90-6 <br />approving an agreement in which the City will sell 7.038 acres to Duffel <br />Development and purchase .259 acres from Duffel (Green Valley Road). <br /> <br />(END OF CONSENT CALENDAR) <br /> <br />3.
