(P.C. recommends approval). <br /> c) Res. 90-64 establishing prima facie speed limit (Hilborn Road-Waterman <br /> Boulevard-SID Canal). <br /> d) Res. 90-65 approving bid call for Waterman Treatment Plant improvements. <br /> e) Res. 90-66 accepting easements from the Solano Company (Fisk property). <br /> f) Res. 90-67 authorizing acquisition of transportation funding {federal aid <br /> urban funds) from other aQencies. <br /> g) Res. 90-68 amending Res. 87-343 to limit the non-resident fee to sports <br /> programs, <br /> h) Res. 90-69 approving soliciting of bids for 6 replacement and 2 assessment <br /> district vehicles for Public Works. <br /> i) Continue to April 3, 1990 public hearing and adopt Res. 90-47 and RA 90-6 <br /> approving an agreement in which the City will sell 7.038 acres to Duffel <br /> Development and purchase .259 acres from Duffel {Green Valley Road). <br /> <br />(END OF CONSENT CALENDAR) <br /> <br />4.
