CITY OF FAIRFIELD ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, 1990; 7:00 p.m. COUNCIL CHAMBER, CIVIC CENTER CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPN~ENT AGENCY AGENDA ROLL CALL: INVOCATION: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: [Consent Calendar items requiring little or no discussion may be acted upon with one motion.] ~F Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, and/or approve adopt: a) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-3 amending City Code to require the issuance of permits for parades, athletic events and other special events, and permitting consumption of intoxicating beverages on public streets and sidewalks, and parking lots, and establishing permit process for outdoor sales and displays. b} Res. 90-19 lowering fees for agenda packets for Fairfield residents. c) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 90-4 rezoning from the "ML 1/2" {Limited Manufacturing} to the "P.D." {Planned Development) Zone District to allow various office, research and development, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution and wholesale, miscellaneous repair and service, trade schools, and public and quasi-public uses and negative declaration on property located at 1735 Enterprise Drive and other various parcels in the vicinity of Enterprise Drive - James Fazarri & City of Fairfield. Report on AB 939, California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989. 4. Intro. and waive further reading of Ord. 90-2 adding Chapter 10C to the Fairfield City Code relating to alarm systems. 5. Adopt Res. 90-16 establishing midpoint compensation system for executive management and changing bonus program to City-wide employee awards program. 6. Public comments on items not on agenda. 7.
