Public access period 6:45 - 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar: Waive further reading, approve and/or adopt: <br /> a) April 2, 1991 minutes. <br />b) 2nd reading & adopt Ord. 91-10 regarding negative declaration and <br />amendment to the Fairfield Zoning Ordinance to amend Section 25.18 to conditionally <br />permit towing service and vehicle storage in the ML Zone District (P.C. recommends <br />approval). <br /> c) Intro. & waive further reading of Ord. 91-11 amending Fairfield City Code to <br />allow golf course fees to be adopted by resolution and adopt Res. 91-80 moving existing golf <br />course fees from the City Code to this resolution. <br /> d) Minute action approving the Downtown Improvement District's appointment <br />of Peggy O'Brien and Ken Hagemann to the Board of Directors. <br /> e) Minute action approving the reappointment of Betty Croft and Patricia <br />Stonsby as the senior and family tenant commissioners to the Fairfield Housing Authority. <br /> f) Res. 91-81 authorizing filing a claim with MTC for allocation of TDA funds. <br /> g) Res. 91-82 accepting the Ray Venning Rehabilitation project and authorizing <br />the filing of a notice of completion (Dutra Construction). <br /> h) Minute action approving a donation of up to $3,000 to the 'Whank You <br />Troops" Committee to assist in financing the countywide effort for a show of appreciation. <br /> i) Res. 91-83 approving agreement to purchase Food & Liquor property on <br />Green Valley Road and Res. RA 91-8 approving sale of Gold Hill Road site to Food & <br />Liquor for their new store. <br /> j) Cancel public hearing and adopt Res. 91-84 on appeal of Planning <br />Commission decision approving negative declaration and P.U.D. permit to allow <br />development of a Food & Liquor Store with a gasoline sales facility on property located at <br />the northeast corner of Gold Hill and Lopes Road. (Appeal of Plannlng Commission action <br />withdrawn. No public hearing will be held). <br /> <br />~. Presentation of proclamation designating April 23, 1991 as "Fairfield Tobacco <br />AwarenesS Day." <br /> <br /> <br />
