Gale Wilson School (Cherry Hill Court). <br />g) Res. 91-65 approving exchange of property between the City (Paradise Valley <br />Golf Course) and the developers of Paradise Valley (Paradise Valley Communities No. 1). <br />h) Res. 91-66 & 91-67 ordering summary vacation and a fee title sale of a portion <br />of a right-of-way (alley) near 917-1/2 Washington Street and a fee title. <br /> i) Res. 91-68 approving an agreement with Arthur H. Tooby for his contribution <br />towards the cost of construction of the Foothill Expressway. <br /> j) Res. 91-69 accepting improvement for Dover Valley Unit No. 11 Subdivision <br />(Hofmarm Company). <br /> k) Res. 91-70 approving a consulting services agreement with Philip Will/ams & <br />Associates for the restoration of Green Valley Creek. <br /> 1) Res. 91-71 approving use permit agreement between the City of Fairfield and <br />D&M Development Company for interim vehicle storage facility use on property located <br />at 1401 W.
