Approval of Housing Authority Minutes - February 3, 2009. <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Approve minutes. <br /> <br />2. Housing Authority Resolution HA2009-01 approving the addition of a new <br />Housing Specialist I (Limited Term) (Donna Walker, 428-7391). <br /> <br />Fundinq Source: Approximately $70,000, including wages and benefits; funded <br />by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. (There is no <br />charge to the General Fund.) The reserve funding for the Housing Choice <br />Voucher Program may be depleted in three to five years. When these funds are <br />depleted, funding from loan proceeds from the sale of the Senior Manor property <br />may be available. <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />3. Housing Authority Resolution HA2009-02 approving the submission of a Family <br />Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program Coordinator funding application to the U. S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (Donna Walker, 428-7391). <br />
