Off-agenda items from the public will be taken under consideration <br />without discussion by the Council and may be referred to staff. To speak on an <br />agenda item, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the City Clerk <br />before the meeting, or at the latest, prior to the time for public comments on that <br />item.
