Presentation by Fairfield Police Officer's Association President Kevin Carella of: <br />a) A grant award of $4,500 from Best Buy for the Police Activity League (PAL) <br />Matt Garcia Youth Center for a multi -media room; and <br />b) A check in the amount of $53,000 from the Police Officer's Association raised <br />at their August 1, 2009 salmon dinner to benefit the PAL Matt Garcia Youth Center <br />(Paul Bockrath, 428 7702). <br />4. Presentation of Proclamation to Interim Police Chief Larry Todd proclaiming <br />October as "Domestic Violence Awareness Month" in the City of Fairfield (Debra <br />Shibuya, 428 7770). <br />
