Approval of Housing Authority Minutes March 15, 2011. <br />Recommended Action: Approve minutes. <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />2. Public hearing and Housing Authority Resolution HA2011-01 approving revisions <br />to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (Lee A. Evans, <br />428-7391). <br />Fundinq Source: The Administrative Plan is required by the U.S. Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Failure to adopt the proposed revised <br />Administrative Plan may cause the Fairfield Housing Authority to be in non- <br />compliance. The anticipated funding from HUD for FY2010-2011 is not yet <br />determined due to a federal continuing resolution; however, funding is expected <br />to be at similar levels as FY2009-2010, which was $8,642,797. <br />Recommended Action: Hold public hearing and adopt resolution. <br />
