Receive public comments. <br />COUNCIL CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 2— 7) <br />CITY OF FAIRFIELD Founded1856 <br />2. Resolution 2011-160 authorizing the City of Fairfield's application to <br />the Federal Transit Administration for the State of Good Repair <br />(SGR) bus grant funding to replace six buses (Steven L. Hartwig, <br />428-7494). <br />Fundinq Source: There is no impact to the General Fund. FairField <br />and Suisun Transit (FAST) operations are funded with federal, <br />state, regional and local transit monies that cannot be used for <br />other purposes. If this grant request is successful, the 20% non- <br />federal match will come from transit reserves. <br />Recommended Action: Adopt resolution. <br />3. Resolution 2011-161 approving the plans and specifications and <br />awarding a contract to Legg, Inc., for the Water and Sewer Main <br />Replacement Program: Woolner Avenue (Steven L.
