OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE <br />FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />RESOLUTION 0B2012 1 S <br />RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO <br />THE FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FAIRFIELD <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO <br />CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LSA ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR THE <br />GREEN VALLEY CORPORATE PARK WETLANDS MITIGATION PLAN <br />MONITORING <br />WHEREAS, in September 2002, the Successor Agency to the Fairfield Redevelopment <br />Agency's predecessor in interest, the FairField Redevelopment Agency, entered into a <br />Consultant Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with LSA Associates, Inc., for a <br />contract price not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 to implement and provide long-term <br />maintenance and monitoring for the Green Valley Corporate Park mitigation plan for <br />wetlands and valley elderberry beetle for a contract period through December 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the former Fairfield Redevelopment Agency entered into a First <br />Amendment to Consultant Services Agreement with LSA Associates, Inc., to extend the <br />term of the Agreement to December 2012, and the Successor Agency to the Fairfield <br />Redevelopment Agency now desires to enter into a Second Amendment to Consultant <br />Services Agreement with LSA Associates, Inc., to extend the term of the Agreement to <br />September 2014 to complete any remaining wetland mitigation plan monitoring. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY <br />TO THE FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY HEREBY RESOLVES: <br />Section 1. The Oversight Board hereby approves the Second Amendment to <br />Consultant Services Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Section 2. The Oversight Board has previously authorized the Successor Agency to <br />place the LSA Associates, Inc., Consultant Services Agreement on the Recognized <br />Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) in the amount of $18,500 and hereby authorizes <br />the Successor Agency to continue to pay for the contract as stated in the ROPS, with <br />funds from the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund. <br />Economic Development Division <br />C:\UserslcarcherWppDatal�ocal\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet FileslContent.Outlook�Z9JMRVDD\LSA <br />Consultant Services Reso.docx <br />
