OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE <br />FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 0B2013- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO <br />THE FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE THIRD <br />AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL LEASE AND DEPOSIT RECEIPT FOR <br />CALIFORNIA TRIBAL TANF PARTNERSHIP LOCATED AT 1001 TEXAS STREET, <br />SUITE B <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to AB X1 26, the Successor Agency to the Fairfield <br />Redevelopment Agency has assumed the interest in the assets of the Fairfield <br />Redevelopment Agency; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fairfield Redevelopment Agency has a Master Lease through <br />November 2014 on the property located at 1001 Texas Street, commonly known as <br />APN 0030-235-040, and the Agency subleases space to the California Tribal TANF <br />Partnership (the "Subtenant") under a Commercial Lease and Deposit Receipt <br />agreement (the "Lease") executed May 5, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lease was amended on July 1, 2010 ("First Amendment") and June 14, <br />2012 Second Amendment The current sublease to the California Tribal TANF <br />Partnership expires on June 30, 2013 and the Subtenant wishes to amend the Lease <br />(the "Third Amendment") to extend the term; and <br />WHEREAS, the Successor Agency to the Fairfield Redevelopment Agency proposes a <br />twelve (12) month Lease extension with monthly rent of $2,205.00 for the California <br />Tribal TANF Partnership in the form of a Third Amendment to Commercial Lease and <br />Deposit Receipt and the Subtenant desires to accept the Third Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY <br />TO THE FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY HEREBY RESOLVES: <br />Section 1. The Oversight Board approves the Third Amendment to Commercial Lease <br />and Deposit Receipt by and between the Successor Agency to the Fairfield <br />Redevelopment Agency and California Tribal TANF Partnership for the twelve (12) <br />month lease extension for property located at 1001 Texas Street, Suite B. <br />Section 2.
