Off -agenda items from <br />the public will be taken under consideration without discussion by the Council <br />and may be referred to staff. To speak on an agenda item, please complete a <br />speaker's card and give it to the City Clerk before the meeting, or at the latest, <br />prior to the time for public comments on that item.
